**Job Brief**:EncoreSky is currently seeking a highly skilled User Interface Designer to join our close-knit, collaborative team. As a UI Designer, you'll be responsible for developing visually engaging and user-friendly interfaces for our digital products. You'll need to be comfortable working in an agile environment, contributing your ideas and presenting to both our team and clients on a regular basis. This role will be very hands-on, giving you the opportunity to create and refine designs while also contributing to the strategic decisions that shape the overall user experience.

**To be successful in this role, you should possess**:

- A strong understanding of experience design methodologies
- Proficiency in creating wireframes and visual designs
- A sound understanding of frontend technologies
- Familiarity with the latest design tools such as Adobe Creative Cloud, Adobe XD, Sketch, and Figma
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- The ability to assess requirements and articulate solutions
- Strong analytical skills
- A client-focused mindset with a deep understanding of their needs

**Responsibilities**

As a UI Designer with EncoreSky, your responsibilities will include managing project initiation sessions to gather knowledge, interacting with stakeholders, clients, and users to gather requirements, creating design standards and proofs of concept, and coordinating and testing detailed design artifacts.
