A Marketing and Sales Manager is responsible for managing the marketing and sales efforts of a company or organization. This role involves developing and implementing marketing and sales strategies to achieve business objectives, including increasing revenue, acquiring new customers, and retaining existing customers.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Develop and execute marketing and sales strategies that align with the company's overall business goals and objectives
- Manage and oversee the day-to-day operations of the marketing and sales teams, including setting goals and objectives, providing coaching and feedback, and ensuring team members have the necessary resources and support to be successful
- Develop and manage the company's marketing and sales budgets, including forecasting and tracking expenses and ROI
- Collaborate with other departments such as product development and customer service to ensure a consistent and cohesive customer experience
- Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities and make recommendations for adjustments to marketing and sales strategies
- Develop and implement sales enablement programs, including sales training, coaching, and tools to improve the productivity and effectiveness of the sales team
- Monitor and report on the performance of marketing and sales efforts, including lead generation, conversion rates, customer acquisition costs, and customer lifetime value
- Continuously stay up-to-date with marketing and sales best practices, new technologies, and industry trends and make recommendations for improvements to the company's marketing and sales strategies.

**Skills**:
Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field
- 5+ years of experience in marketing and/or sales, with a focus on developing and executing marketing and sales strategies
- Strong leadership and management skills, including the ability to coach and motivate team members
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong analytical skills and experience using data to drive decision-making
- Experience with sales enablement programs and tools, including sales training and coaching
- Understanding of the customer journey and how marketing and sales efforts can influence and impact the customer experience
- Strong project management skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

**Salary**: ₹25,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
