As part of our expansion, we are looking for 5 dynamic and proactive Field Sales Executives to join our team and contribute to our continued success.

**Location: Ahmedabad**

**Role & Responsibilities**:As a Field Sales Executive, you will play a crucial role in driving sales and establishing strong relationships with retailers and customers. Your key responsibilities will include:

- **Product Knowledge**: Thoroughly understand our product range and stay updated with the latest trends and developments in the FMCG market.
- **Sales and Pitching**: Visit grocery/kirana stores in the assigned area and effectively pitch and promote our products, highlighting their unique selling points.
- **Target Achievement**: Meet and exceed monthly sales targets, working in close coordination with distributors to ensure timely product delivery.
- **Customer Relationships**: Build and maintain excellent relationships with existing customers, while also identifying and nurturing new business opportunities.
- **Reporting**: Prepare daily and monthly sales reports, providing valuable insights to the management team.
- **Brand Representation**: Represent our brand at various events, exhibitions, and promotional activities, enhancing our brand's visibility and reputation.
- **Communication Skills**: Possess excellent communication and convincing abilities to engage effectively with customers and retailers.
- **Result-Driven**: Proven track record in achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
- **Customer-Oriented**: Prioritize customer satisfaction and maintain a customer-centric approach in all interactions.
- **MS Office Proficiency**: Comfortable using Microsoft Office suite to prepare reports and presentations.
- **Adaptability**: Willingness to adapt to changing market trends and contribute innovative ideas to improve sales strategies.
- **Initiative**: Demonstrate proactive behavior and take the initiative to explore and pursue new opportunities.

**Salary**: ₹216,000.00 - ₹240,000.00 per year
