**Wabi Sabi Stays i**s India’s upcoming Homestay Brand. We currently have 6 Apartments in
Mussoorie and 4 in Dehradun. We are looking to expand in the year to come. Founded in
2021, Wabi Sabi Stays have hosted over 1000+ travellers in the apartments. It is a full stack operator brand that leases apartments for long term and renovates it to suit the needs of long and short term stays.

**Job Title**:Housekeeping Incharge

**Location**:Rishikesh

**Job Type**:Full-time

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Housekeeping Incharge to oversee the housekeeping operations of our facility in Rishikesh. The Housekeeping Incharge will be responsible for maintaining a clean and safe environment for our guests, ensuring high standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and sanitation throughout the premises.

**Responsibilities**:

- Oversee and manage the daily operations of the housekeeping department, including supervising housekeeping staff, assigning duties, and ensuring work is completed on time and to a high standard.
- Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and sanitation throughout the premises, including guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house areas.
- Develop and implement cleaning schedules, procedures, and checklists to ensure efficient and effective cleaning of all areas.
- Train and supervise housekeeping staff to ensure they follow established procedures and standards for cleanliness, hygiene, and safety.
- Conduct regular inspections and quality control checks to ensure high standards are maintained.
- Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies, equipment, and linens, and place orders as needed.
- Respond promptly and effectively to guest requests and complaints related to housekeeping services.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies.
- Perform other duties as assigned by management.

**Qualifications**:

- High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree in Hospitality

Management or related field preferred.
- 3-5 years of experience in housekeeping management, preferably in a hotel or hospitality industry.
- Strong leadership and supervisory skills, with the ability to motivate and manage a team of housekeeping staff.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with guests and staff at all levels.
- Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
- Knowledge of cleaning procedures, chemicals, and equipment.
- Familiarity with health and safety regulations and standards.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
