**Hospital Administrator Job Description**
Qualification: BBA or Any Bachelor’s degree
Work Location: Velachery, Chennai
Joining: Immediate or less than 1 week
Work Experience: 0-4 years
CTC: As per Industry Standards **
Roles & Responsibilities:
To act as a SPOC for the chief doctor in the clinic.
Maintain clinic-oriented information provided by therapist and also organise and report on the same to respective manager
Organise as per chief doctor’s appointments for consultation days and preparation for the same has to be done promptly.
Tokens has to be organised as needed for new patient or regular patient booking.
Maintain good rapport with team and the patients.
Plan and organise as per chief doctor’s requirements for all clinic-oriented activities.
**Requirements**:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or any other degree.
- Good in Communication.
- Quick learning and Adaptability.
- Experience working as an administrator in healthcare would be an added advantage. (Not compulsory)
- Good interpersonal skills.
- The ability to build and maintain rapport with patients.
- Teamwork skills.
- Dynamic and Multitasking skills
- Tolerance and patience.
