**About The Role -**

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **User Research & Testing**:

- Conduct user research, surveys, interviews, and usability testing to understand user needs and pain points.
- Analyze research data and translate findings into actionable design decisions.
- Regularly gather user feedback to improve designs.
- **Wireframing & Prototyping**:

- Collaborate with developers to ensure designs are implemented accurately.
- **UI Design**:

- Design user interfaces that are aesthetically pleasing, user-friendly, and consistent with the company's branding guidelines.
- Ensure visual elements align with the company's overall design standards and are responsive across devices and platforms.
- Create pixel-perfect design assets for development.
- **UX Design**:

- Design seamless, intuitive user experiences by understanding the user journey and business requirements.
- Focus on usability and accessibility, making designs functional for a diverse user base.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define user personas and use cases.
- **Collaboration & Communication**:

- Work closely with developers to ensure smooth handoff of design files and assets.
- Communicate design ideas, concepts, and prototypes to internal stakeholders and clients.
- Present design concepts and decisions to senior management and product teams.
- **Quality Assurance**:

- Perform design audits and ensure high-quality delivery of designs.
- Ensure final designs are aligned with both user needs and business goals.

**Shift Timing - **10 am to 7 pm

**Qualifications**:

- BCS/BCA or Bachelor’s degree in Designing, Interaction Design, Graphic Design, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
- 2+ years of experience as a UI/UX Designer or similar role.
- Experience with design tools such as Sketch, Figma, Adobe XD, or similar.

Pay: ₹8,966.19 - ₹15,000.00 per month
