1. Conducting laboratory tests: The lab technician is responsible for conducting a variety of laboratory tests, hormones including blood tests, urine tests, and other diagnostic tests. They must ensure that all tests are conducted accurately and within established time frames.

2. Maintaining laboratory equipment: The senior lab technician is responsible for maintaining all laboratory equipment, ensuring that it is functioning properly, and making any necessary repairs.

3.Managing laboratory inventory: The senior lab technician is responsible for managing laboratory inventory, including ordering supplies, tracking inventory levels, and ensuring that all supplies are properly stored.

4. Supervising other lab technicians: The lab technician is responsible for supervising other lab technicians, providing guidance and training as needed, and ensuring that all work is conducted in accordance with established protocols and procedures.

5. Analyzing test results: The lab technician is responsible for analyzing test results, interpreting findings, and reporting results to other healthcare professionals.

6. Maintaining accurate records: The senior lab technician is responsible for maintaining accurate records of all laboratory tests, including patient information, test results, and other relevant data.

7. Adhering to safety protocols: The senior lab technician is responsible for adhering to all safety protocols and procedures, including those related to handling hazardous materials and disposing of waste.

8. Qualification: DMLT or B.sc MLT (DME are preferred).

Overall, the senior lab technician plays a critical role in the diagnostic center, ensuring that all laboratory operations are conducted efficiently, accurately, and in accordance with established protocols and procedures.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
