We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Company Secretary to join our dynamic real estate company. As a Company Secretary, he/she will be responsible for ensuring that the organization complies with statutory and regulatory requirements and maintains high standards of corporate governance. He/she will play a pivotal role in managing legal and administrative aspects, advising the board of directors, and ensuring adherence to corporate laws and guidelines in the real estate sector.
**Responsibilities**:
Compliance Management:
- Ensure compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements related to the real estate industry.
- Monitor changes in relevant laws and regulations and advise the company on necessary actions.
- Prepare and file necessary documents with regulatory bodies as required.
Board Support and Governance:
- Organize and attend board meetings, prepare agendas, and take accurate minutes of meetings.
- Assist in the formulation and implementation of corporate governance policies.
- Provide guidance to the board of directors on corporate governance best practices and legal matters.
Legal Advisory:
- Provide legal guidance and support to various departments within the organization.
- Review contracts, agreements, and legal documents to ensure compliance and mitigate legal risks.
- Liaise with external legal counsel as necessary and manage legal proceedings, if any.
- Corporate Secretarial Duties:
- Maintain and update statutory registers, records, and filings required by law.
- Ensure timely submission of annual reports, financial statements, and other regulatory filings.
- Facilitate communication between the company and regulatory authorities.
Risk Management:
- Identify and assess potential risks related to legal and compliance matters.
- Develop and implement risk mitigation strategies and policies.
- Ethics and Integrity:
Salary - As per company norms.
Experience
- 5 Years
Must have prior experience in Real estate company.
**Salary**: ₹35,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
Schedule:
