**Job Description of IT Technician**

Objectives of this Role
- Keep record of the all the Digital Credentials related to Intellectual data of school property.
- Research and evaluate emerging technologies, hardware, and software
- Track and maintain hardware and software inventory along with the School Computer Lab
- Consulting with IT managers and other departments as required.
- Providing IT assistance to staff and customers.
- Training end-users on hardware functionality and software programs.
- Resolving logged errors in a timely manner.

**Preferred Qualifications**
- Good Communication skills
- Strong creative and analytical thinking
- Quick and efficient in reporting to the manager
- Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in technology or computer science (MCA/MSC IT/ BSC IT/ B.Tech C.se or Equivalent)
- 2+ years experience in IT Technician(preferred)
- Experience with or knowledge of Hardware and Software troubleshooting with knowledge of troubleshooting
- Expertise with implementing, configuring, and testing solutions

**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
