**_Assistant Manager - Record to Report_**

**_ _**
**_Responsibilities_**:
**_ _**

**_Provide R2R transaction processing and ensuring delivery quality in terms of accuracy, completeness and timeliness daily_**

**_ _**
**_Process Standard Monthly Journal_**

**_ _**
**_Intercompany & Bank reconciliation and confirmation_**

**_ _**
**_Sub-Ledger vs General-Ledger reconciliation review_**

**_ _**
**_Execute projects detail work and ensure all reporting requirement are met._**

**_ _**
**_Work with Global Process Owner to standardize R2R activities_**

**_ _**
**_Ensure all activities on the MEC are updated._**

**_ _**
**_Prepare monthly Balance Sheet schedules & reconciliation_**

**_ _**
**_Resolve general accounting and reporting issues in consultation with the Team Lead_**

**_ _**
**_Assist and support the Team Leads in the implementation of project initiatives e.g. CERPs,_**

**_ _**
**_Execute work in accordance with the service management framework by providing timely and accurate customer service._**

**_ _**
**_Review backlog and cycle time reports to improve process flow times._**

**_ _**
**_Ensure stakeholders queries are attended to and resolved in a timely, responsible and proactive manner._**

**_ _**
**_Identify, recommend and implement solutions upon Team Leads confirmation for continuous improvement opportunities._**

**_ _**
**_Support new and existing team members through accurate knowledge transfer; sharing of resource, knowledge and experience and standard methodology thereby ensuring quality is maintained through any staff transition._**

**_ _**
**_Lead end to end accounting work, including FA, IC and Closing and Reporting._**

**_ _**
**_Strong Analytical skills to understand process issues and provide solution basis on process requirements._**

**_ _**
**_Drive Continuous improvements by quality initiatives._**

**_ _**

**_Qualifications we seek in you_**:
**_ _**
**_Minimum qualifications_**:
**_ _**

**_ACCA,CIMA,CPA, M.Com or B.Com Graduate_**

**_ _**
**_Excellent interpersonal skills - Good written and verbal language skills, as per country requirement for the in scope profile._**

**_ _**
**_Good Negotiation Skills._**

**_ _**
**_High customer service orientation._**

**_ _**
**_Ability to prioritize optimally, be flexible as needs change._**

**_Preferred Qualifications_**:

**_SAP proficiency_**
