**Skills required**:

- Technical and Professional Expertise- Overall, 10 to 18 years’ experience in IT industry
- experience in project management. PMP certification will be a plus.
- Experience in an Agile development environment
- Experience with Project Management tools (IPWC, MS Project)
- Strong Analytical skills and problem-solvi ng skills
- Excellent interpersonal skills, team player as well as leadership
- Should have extensive client facinp experience and having worked in a hiphly matrix organization.

**Responsibilities**:

- Work with client/onshore project manager to ensure understanding of all project activities, schedule and deliverables
- Enpape with the Development and Offering teams to facilitate the process of translating requirements into development tasks.
- Ability to manage multiple projects at the same time.
- Rich experience in implementing projects in apile/waterfall models
- Apile/Scrum certification preferred
- Responsible for the overall leadership of the Project Management activity, pivinp directions to the team and achieving the agreed business/project targets. Utilizes expertise to directly influence people outside department or function.
- Project planning and execution with Web Technology as an offshore service provider and leading a team of at least 10 -15 resources.
- Should be able to estimate the project along with key technical persons, prepare the implementation, track the progress of milestones, update the status on a weekly basis and identify risk/risk mitigation
- Excellent problem-solving skills, with a demonstrated ability to identify issues, solve them quickly, and know when to rely on internal resources for assistance
- Guide the team in Requirement Closures, System Design, Development and Verification/Validation tasks.
- Provide status reporting to internal and external stakeholders on a regular basis. Work with internal and external stakeholders to track the progress of deliverables
- Resource Planning (internal & external resources), Financial tracking of Project, Escalation Management, Project outlook, Professional Project Reporting, Project Critical Path Analysis, Risk Analysis and Counter measure development, Timeline Management
- Build and develop excellent Customer relations at the ground level.
