The Client Support Executive will be a vital member of our customer support team, responsible for delivering exceptional support and service to our clients. This role involves handling inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring that our clients receive prompt and effective assistance. Responsibilities:
2. Issue Resolution: Investigate and resolve client issues and concerns, aiming to provide efficient solutions.

3. Product Knowledge: Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our products or services to address client questions and provide accurate information.

4. Client Relationships: Build and maintain positive relationships with clients, promoting trust and satisfaction.

5. Documentation: Maintain detailed records of client interactions, issues, and resolutions in our customer support system.

6. Feedback Collection: Gather feedback and insights from clients to improve our products, services, and customer support processes.

7. Product Updates: Keep clients informed about product updates, changes, and enhancements.

8. Escalation: Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department for further investigation and resolution.

9. Customer Satisfaction: Monitor and measure client satisfaction and strive to meet or exceed service level agreements.

**Job Types**: Permanent, Full-time

**Salary**: Up to ₹18,000.00 per month
