**Job Title: Mechanical CADD Trainer**

**Responsibilities**:
Customize training content based on the specific needs and skill levels of the target audience.

**Conduct Training Sessions**:Deliver training sessions and workshops on mechanical CADD software to individuals or groups, both in-person and online.
Ensure participants grasp fundamental concepts and advanced features of the software through hands-on exercises and interactive teaching methods.

**Assess Trainees' Progress**:Evaluate participants' understanding and progress through regular assessments, quizzes, and practical projects.
Provide constructive feedback to enhance their learning and performance.

**Stay Updated with Software Developments**:Stay current with the latest updates, trends, and advancements in mechanical CADD software and incorporate relevant changes into training programs.

**Assist in Curriculum Development**:Collaborate with instructional designers and curriculum developers to enhance and update training courses based on industry requirements and technological advancements.

**Provide Technical Support**:Offer technical support and guidance to trainees facing challenges or difficulties with mechanical CADD software.

**Coordinate Training Schedules**:Organize and manage training schedules, venues, and logistics for training sessions.

**Maintain Training Records**:Maintain accurate records of training activities, attendance, evaluations, and other relevant documentation.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
- Proven work experience as a Mechanical Engineer or Mechanical CADD professional.
- Proficiency in using popular mechanical CADD software such as AutoCAD, SolidWorks, CATIA, or Siemens NX.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to tailor training programs to suit the needs and aptitude of the audience.
- Experience in developing training materials and curriculum.
- Patience, empathy, and excellent interpersonal skills.
- Ability to adapt to different learning styles and pace of trainees.

**Salary**: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
