Remanufacturing Operator

**Location : Jamshedpur ( Jharkhand )**

**Salary : 25 To 30**

**Experience : 3 Yrs & above in Service Segment - Optional**

**Qualification : ITI & Diploma**

**Job Roll**:

- Recondition, repair, assemble and service cylinders/Bearings or other repairs as assigned by the Service Manager.
- Diagnose problems and determine what repairs are needed.
- Perform any inspections as required.
- Repair, service or assemble any cylinders/Bearings.
- Keep accurate, easy-to-read records of work performed.
- Maintain a clean work area.
- Maintain safe work habits.
- Check and report any shortages and malfunctions to the Service Manager.
- Maintain and care for all shop tools, machines and equipment.
- Complete disassembly and inspection, as quickly as possible, so parts may be ordered early and cylinder work can be scheduled promptly.
- Notify Service Manager when parts need to be expedited.
- Suggest any additional repairs needed to Service Manager and/or Customer.
- Periodically review product bulletins, catalogs, and parts books.
- Help maintain cleanliness, neatness and safety of building and lot.
- Give special attention to repeat repairs or comebacks to correct problems and avoid future shop comebacks and unnecessary expenses.

**Knowledge**:
Service, repair, recondition and assemble Customer and Company cylinders/bearings, new or used. Maintain and operate shop equipment and tools, performing quality work, as quickly and profitably as possible.
