Customer Specialist Responsibilities:
- Scheduling new and existing client training sessions.
- Processing customers' purchase orders and liaising with the logistics department and implementation team to ensure the timely delivery of ordered products and solution.
- Manage and update inhouse system, CRM, Support system with client data, making sure always updated information is available.
- Maintaining long-lasting relationships with existing customers through exceptional after-sales service.
