We urgently hiring for below position

Designation : Cost Estimator & Cost Controller

**Educational Qualifications**:

- Degree in Mechanical engineering with minimum 5 to 8 years of experience in refinery or petrochemical turnaround
- Experience in Turnaround cost estimation
- Expert user in CMMS systems, specifically Equipment Maintenance, Purchasing Modules.
- Proficient in MS Word, Excel,
- Knowledge of maintenance business processes and best practices, roles of specific trades, and manufacturing processes in a Refinery or similar Petrochemical operation.
- Strong organizational and effective time management skills.
- Flexibility in managing changing priorities and ability to work with minimum supervision.
- Skilled in using SAP PM and MM module

**Job duties include**:

- Establish and communicate data storage and gathering techniques to ensure accurate costs and forecasts.
- Document Cost and Control Plan Strategy. Write the basis for estimate document that defines how the budget is to be built. Include productivity estimates, sources of input, daily reporting needs, and information gathering needs (schedule updates, etc.).
- Develop Reporting Plan and Cost Tracking Process
- Define cost estimates for each phase of TAR preparations.
- Liaise with other groups (capital, HSE, security, operations) to define shared cost allocation.
- Define WBS and Cost Breakdown Structure
- Define Job measurement, tracking and Reporting plan
- Define Scope Change/Control Process for Execution Phase.
- Perform Scope Change Process Training
- Define contingency rundown strategy and initiate as appropriate.
- Complete Cost Risk Assessment
- Define reporting requirements (metrics) to be reported during the execution phase.
- Closeout CMMS work orders after execution.
