Content Writer (2 - 4 Years Experience)

We are seeking a talented and experienced Content Writer to join the marketing team of a leading information technology company at Chennai.

As a Content Writer, you will play a crucial role in crafting engaging and informative content that showcases our client's expertise and solutions in the technology domain.

**Responsibilities**:
1. Content Creation: Research, write, and edit high-quality content that aligns with the company's brand voice, style guidelines, and target audience. Develop a deep understanding of the technology offerings and industry trends to produce compelling and relevant content.

2. Blog Writing: Regularly produce insightful and informative blog posts on topics related to information technology, cybersecurity, cloud computing, digital transformation, software development, and other relevant topics.

3. Case Studies: Collaborate with the marketing and sales teams to create customer success stories and case studies that highlight the benefits and impact of the solutions.

4. Whitepapers: Develop in-depth whitepapers that explore complex technology topics, present valuable insights, and position our client as a thought leader in the industry.

5. Articles: Write informative articles for industry publications and relevant platforms to increase visibility and thought leadership.

6. Brochures: Create persuasive marketing brochures and promotional materials that effectively communicate product and service offerings to prospective clients.

7. SEO Optimization: Implement basic SEO principles to ensure content is search engine friendly and can drive organic traffic to the website.

8. Content Strategy: Collaborate with the marketing team to contribute to the content strategy and editorial calendar, ensuring consistent messaging and content delivery.

9. Editing and Proofreading: Review and edit content for accuracy, clarity, and grammar before publication.

**Requirements**:
1. Bachelor's degree in English, Journalism, Communications, Marketing, or a related field.

2. Proven experience (2 - 4 years) in content writing for an information technology company or technology-related publications.

3. Exceptional writing and editing skills with a keen eye for detail and the ability to adapt writing style as per the target audience.

4. Strong understanding of information technology concepts, trends, and industry jargon.

5. Familiarity with SEO best practices and the ability to incorporate keywords strategically.

6. A portfolio showcasing your published work, highlighting diverse content formats and writing styles.

8. Excellent time management skills to meet tight deadlines and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

9. Self-motivated, creative, and eager to stay updated with industry trends and best practices in content writing and marketing.
