- Sourcing Business and meeting targets for Tractor Finance/Loan
- Achievement of business plan
- Taking care of collections
- Regular review meetings with seniors
- Strong check on the ED & NS cases
- Builds business by identifying and selling prospects;
- Maintaining relationships with clients
- Identifies business opportunities by identifying prospects and evaluating their position in the industry
- People with asset finance or Agri funding or KCC selling experience.
- Good grasping over collections should be there.
- High on integrity and good portfolio / collections track shall play a vital role
