**Introduction**:
As a Coffee Maker/Barista, you play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service by crafting delicious coffee beverages and maintaining a welcoming atmosphere for patrons. Your passion for coffee, attention to detail, and dedication to quality ensure that every customer enjoys a memorable experience.

**Responsibilities**:

- Prepare and serve a variety of coffee beverages, including espresso, cappuccino, latte, and specialty drinks, according to established recipes.
- Operate coffee-making equipment such as espresso machines, grinders, and brewers with precision and care.
- Ensure the quality and consistency of drinks by adhering to proper brewing techniques and standards.
- Provide friendly and efficient customer service, taking orders, answering questions, and making recommendations as needed.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the coffee preparation and service areas, including equipment cleaning and sanitization.
- Monitor inventory levels and replenish supplies as necessary to meet customer demand.
- Handle cash and electronic payments accurately, following proper cash-handling procedures.
- Collaborate with team members to uphold a positive work environment and contribute to the overall success of the coffee shop.

**Requirements**:

- Passion for coffee and a genuine interest in delivering exceptional customer experiences.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with customers and team members.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining composure and attention to detail.
- Flexibility to work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays, as required by the business.
- Basic math skills for cash handling and inventory management.
- Knowledge of coffee varieties, brewing methods, and flavor profiles is preferred but not required.
