Position Overview:
**Two Wheeler Mandatory**
The Relationship Executive - F&B primary role is to ensure smooth food service operations at the client location as per agreed schedules outlined in the food service agreement.
Based on the client location/infra structure available, food will be served from a central kitchen or in house kitchen at the client location.
The relationship executive needs to ensure the following on a daily basis.
1. Log in at the Client Location/Central Kitchen at stipulated timings to monitor/oversee food service production. Log in timing to be updated without fail in OPS/Client Whatsapp Group whichever is applicable.
2. Discuss/follow-up with client representative regarding any additional services/events at site for the day.
3. Complete the walk through of the kitchen & stores facility to ensure hygiene standards are being maintained.
4. Regularly check perishable material in kitchen to ensure only fresh materials are being used for food production.
5. Check material stocks to ensure only agreed raw materials brands are being used in the kitchen.
6. In case of in-house kitchen, once food production is completed. Food tasting to be done at site, once the cooked cooked food meets the Hogist standards, the full meal must be presented to the client for tasting before the start of the meal service. Food images to be uploaded in the whatsapp group.
7. Update canteen menu Board with Breakfast/Lunch/Snacks/Dinner along with rates agreed with client. In case of industrial canteen, all meal service menu to be updated on the Menu board before the start of each service.
8. Daily food wastage to be updated on Menu board along with client approval(applicable for industries).
9. Report daily meal count/cash sales details in group based on type of food service operations
10. Collect client feedback for each & every meal service through the QR code process or feedback register.
11. Discuss and update next day's menu & meal count with kitchen partner to ensure smooth operations. In case of any changes, the same to be updated in the client & vendor whatsapp groups.
12. At the end of the day, confirm to the cluster manager/accounts team the daily meal count/cash sales by sharing POS report/X-report from system.
13. Collect weekly menu from kitchen partner on or before wednesday of each week to get client approval before the end of the week for the food service operations the next week.
14. Ensure proper grooming & training of all kitchen partners staffs at site. 100% PPE is must. Training Log to be maintained.
15. At location where there is Pantry Service, the RE's need to monitor the stocks of vending machine.
16. Relationship Executive need to attend regular training session at the head office on weekends or any date stipulated by the management from time to time.
17. Weekly reconciliation of the site sales to be done. with accounts team to ensure that there is no revenue leakage.
18. RE to ensure timely submission of monthly/fortnightly invoice to client & payment folliowup.
19. RE to roll out all & any client food service at site, only if he or she has mail approval from the reporting cluster manager.
20. In case of central kitchen operations, RE to report to site based on the duty schedule assigned to him/her shift timings. Based on the duty assigned, the following to be done"
i. Track food production kitchen-get the production start time.
ii. Follow up on production qty & ensure that DC is shared in the group for confirmation.
iii. Once the food vehicle has been dispatched from kitchen, track the vehicle to ensure that the delivery reaches the client location at least 30 minutes before the start of the meal service
iv. In case of any delays, RE to inform cluster manager & Client representatives about the same immediately.
v. Update any & all food food service related escalation in the group so that client issues can be addressed.
21. In addition to the above mentioned roles & responsibilities, the Relationship Executive is expected to do new business generation while performing his/her daily chores. Its mandatory that each RE, bring in one new business every month, be it an event or a regular meal service. Cross selling of the company's products & services is an integral part of the role.
