**Summary**:
Verantwoordelijk voor alle statistische programmering/data review rapportage en analytics development aspecten van diverse studies, een middelgroot tot groot project of activiteiten op projectniveau. - / studienormen en specificaties volgens interne en wettelijke richtlijnen. Houdt toezicht op de programmeerstijl, kwaliteit van statistische rapportage en naleving van tijdlijnen.

**About the Role**:
Major Accountabilities

~ Leiding geven aan statistische programmeringsactiviteiten voor verschillende studies of de implementatie van data-analyserapporten stimuleren
~ Neem beslissingen en stel strategieën voor op studie
- of projectniveau.
~ Kan optreden als functioneel beheerder voor lokale medewerkers, waaronder het geven van toezicht en advies over functionele expertise en processen.
~ Bouw en onderhoud een effectieve werkrelatie met cross-functionele teams, in staat om de status van deliverables en kritieke aspecten (tijdlijnen, scope, resourceplan) samen te vatten en te bespreken, bijvoorbeeld als vertegenwoordiger in het studie
- of projectniveauteam.
~ Zorg voor standaardisatie op projectniveau
~ Leveren en implementeren van programmeeroplossingen; zorgen voor kennisdeling.
~ Fungeren als expert in probleemoplossende aspecten.
~ Zorgen voor tijdige en kwaliteitsontwikkeling en validatie van datasets en outputs voor regelgevingsinzendingen/interacties, veiligheidsrapporten, publicaties, postmarketingactiviteiten enz.
~ Leads/co-leads nieuwe projecten binnen het team
~ Genereert innovatieve ideeën binnen eigen team en/of projectteam /functionele community
~ Erkent en benut innovatiemogelijkheden voor eigen team in alle projecten
~ Begeleidt en inspireert anderen om problemen op te lossen
~ Melding van technische klachten / bijwerkingen / scenario's voor speciale gevallen met betrekking tot Novartis-producten binnen 24 uur na ontvangst
~ Distributie van monsters voor het in de handel brengen (indien van toepassing)
