**Job Title: Executive Operations - Global Background Screening**

- Highly desirable, but not essential 1 year Background Screening Analyst experience

**Knowledge of**:

Minimum/essential
- Min 2-year experience in background screening process with a multinational company_
- Intermediate English Communication Skills_
- Good Computer skills proficient with MS Office suite, fair typing and keyboard handling skills_

**Desirable**

Working Knowledge of Background Screening

Understanding of Success factors

Knowledge of customer service principles and practices

**Accountabilities, responsibilities and main duties**:

Background Screening - Processing:

- Process Screening Requests
- Validate 2nd level documents Check
- Monitor screening progress on the Screening Partner portal
- Update progress using internal logs
- Analyse the risks from the discrepancies in screening using British Council Escalation Matrix
- Investigate screening anomalies using British Council Escalation Matrix
- Provide the Screening Owner with data for the Risk Review Report

Record Keeping and Retention
- Keep a record of the daily activity
- Keep a record of issues and escalations
- Purging data after a defined period
- Delivering personnel files to HR

Relationship Management
- Use of defined escalation point
- Regular update with defined Screening Owner
- High-Level update with Global Background Screening Lead

**Qualifications**:

Minimum of graduation completed in any discipline
