Shrimp Farm Technician

Job responsibilities

1. responsible to monitor the shrimp ponds at haryana.

2. should be well versed with the Best management practices carried out in Shrimp farms. Pond Preparation, stocking seeds, follow up with hatcheries for the good quality tests and getting the tests tested by the PCR lab for OIE listed diseases, carrying out the water quality tests.

3. should know how to monitor feed management, harvest optimisation, checktray observation, castnet sampling, check disease and predators.

4. Identifying and reporting signs of aquatic diseases, pests or predators.

5. Monitoring growth of shrimps and grading fish.

6. preparing for Harvesting shrimps and sorting and packing for transportation.

4. should be able to record proper and complete tasks everyday.

5. should stay at the ponds and be responsible to monitor the ponds as per the company's SOP's and protocols.

6. should have an eye for detail

**Skills**:

- 1. good communication skills

2. should be farmer friendly

3. proficiency in English and Hindi Language

4. should be able to stand on feet atleast for 4 hours in hot and humid weather

**Salary**: ₹8,086.00 - ₹34,633.09 per month
