Store Material Receipt & Sap Activities Like GRN & RGP, Issues,
♦ Responsible for RM Store & ENG store Material Issuing, Receiving,
♦ Material Loading & Unloading,
♦ Maintaining Minimum & Maximum Stock at Raw material Store,
♦ Maintaining Minimum & Maximum Stock at Engg store,
♦ Materials Inward & Out ward & Over all documents SAP entrys.
♦ Material Short receipt status discussing with supporting team.
♦ Ensuring Bills and tracking daily on time issue to Finance to MIRO.
♦ Ensuring material flow as per FIFO
♦ Stores Best practices to be maintained in stores.
♦ Review the shortages report on time circulating BOM ad Non BOM materials.
♦ Rejection / Scrap one-time clearing having weekly discussion with team.
♦ BOP material master corrected in SAP for vendor schedule through flow in SAP

Logistics

♦ Receiving customer order and P.O through SAP/Mail from concern marketing office ♦ Preparing Order vs Dispatch plan against pending sales orders depend on physical stock from SAP ♦ Utilizing man power depend on daily sale order for packing, loading, unloading and Team handling. ♦ Looking logistics operation and ensuring freight cost negotiating and saving through super procure online site and following H.O approval. ♦ Verifying sales order creation and sales invoices generation in SAP ♦ Coordinating with marketing and transporter ensuring proper and on time delivery of material. ♦ Creating PO and PR from SAP against dispatch requirement ♦ Verifying freight register against sales invoice files ♦ Reconciliation of stock for physical vs system stock on daily basis, ♦ Reporting to Head of the department

**Salary**: ₹27,000.00 per month
