**Department Overview**

Consumer & Small Business Banking (CSBB) helps provide financial services to consumer banking, consumer lending, and small business customers through over 4,500 retail bank branches and more than 11,000 ATMs in 36 states and the District of Columbia, as well as through 20 customer service centers. CSBB is focused on innovating and transforming with the customer at the center, better enabling customers to engage with us how, when, and wherever they choose. **About the Role**

The Finance Associate role will be responsible for facilitating the FP&A and Data Analytics requirements for the CSBB Operations Finance organization. The key priorities for this role will be to provide finance functions support to the various divisions with the organization through the development and implementation of robust financial reporting and assist in generating data driven analytics. The incumbent should have strong communication, a good functional understanding and have the ability to work across various partners in achieving the set goals.

- Capable of conducting in-depth research of large data (financial & non-financial) using various tools and providing insightful solutions to stakeholders.
- Interact / coordinate with different teams to proactively raise any specific issues or challenges around the business and work independently with the concerned teams to resolve issues.

**Essential Qualifications**
- MBA (or) Cost & Management Accountant (or) Chartered Financial Analyst with 8-10 years of post-qualification experience.
- Ability to work both independently and within team environment.
- Prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment with critical deadlines.
- Advanced knowledge of Excel, Macros, Business Intelligence tools and Power point.

**Desired Qualifications**
- Good understanding of Accounting and preferably knowledge around IFRS and US GAAP is an additional advantage.
- Industry experience strongly preferred.
- Experience of working across one or more geographic territories or regions.
- Knowledge of Tableau, Power BI or other reporting tool.
