**Essential requirements**
- Minimum 2 years relevant experience.
- Minimum qualification MSc. Chemistry or B-tech.
- Good fundamental Electrochemical knowledge.
- Conducting R&D experiments for new chemical formulations.
- Good understanding of working principals of batteries and failure modes with respect to electrochemistry.
- Good knowledge on material characterization instrument such as XRD, SEM, Cyclic voltammeter, Battery industry.
- Proficient with Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
