**Primary Responsibilities**:

- Prepare US State Corporate Income Tax Return (Separates & Combined Returns)
- Prepare US Federal Income Tax Returns - 1120 and 1120PC
- Communicate with US team members as per agreed terms with Business
- Work on legal entity tax provisions
- Prepare Sales and Use Tax returns
- Demonstrate proficiency in the use of applicable software including Excel, Word, ONESOURCE, CCH, Bloomberg, RIA, BNA, etc.
- Demonstrate knowledge on applicable US Tax Regulations
- Comply with the terms and conditions of the employment contract, company policies and procedures, and any and all directives (such as, but not limited to, transfer and/or re-assignment to different work locations, change in teams and/or work shifts, policies in regards to flexibility of work benefits and/or work environment, alternative work arrangements, and other decisions that may arise due to the changing business environment). The Company may adopt, vary or rescind these policies and directives in its absolute discretion and without any limitation (implied or otherwise) on its ability to do so

**Required Qualifications**:

- Graduate in Accounting/ MBA in finance
- 2 - 4 years of experience in US Corporate Tax
- Work Hours: From 11:00 am to 8:30 pm from April to January and 6:00 pm to 3:30 am during Feb and March. Should be ready to work beyond normal shift timings especially when required during year end and compliance season
- Knowledge on Apportionment Concepts
- Proven excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proven attention to details and accuracy
- Ability to make Fact-Based Decisions
- Ability to deliver Quality Results
- Proven good Accounting Skills
- Ability to work and Deliver within tight deadlines
- Working knowledge of software tools ( Ex: MS Excel, MS Access database)
- Good knowledge in MS Excel (Pivots, Vlookup, Hlookup, Index etc.)
- Ability to Adhere to the timelines
- Passport: Must

**Preferred Qualification**:

- Prior Tax experience in US Insurance sector with good knowledge of the OneSource tax software
