Houzeo is an online platform which lets home-owners sell their property by circumventing any traditional intermediaries. The platform enables users to create property listings & upload them to various portals, connect with local real estate professionals, use the provided dashboard to obtain property valuation, compare the value with other properties, avail market analysis reports, fill federal/state disclosures electronically, connect with attorneys/escrow companies, and more. The company earns revenue by offering various monthly packages.
Houzeo is based in Manhattan, New York with offices in Charlotte, North Carolina (US) and Mumbai, India. Our founder is a finance, real estate, and technology veteran with an ivy-league MBA. We were showcased at the TechCrunch Disrupt Startup Battlefield in New York City. The startup is already profitable and experiencing double digit month-over-month growth. We're scaling rapidly and this in turn has created an opportunity for us to expand our services onboard an **Operations Analyst.**

**Experience**:2 Years and above
**Work Hours**:7:30 PM to 5:30 AM (Night Shift)
**Responsibilities**:
- Entering customer data from source documents within time limits
- Compiling, verifying the accuracy, and sorting information to prepare source data for entry
- Reviewing data for deficiencies or errors, correcting any incompatibilities if possible, and checking output
- Complying with data integrity and security policies
- Generating reports, storing completed work in designated locations, and performing backup operations
- Responsible for the overall vendor’s accounts, orders, quality, performance and customer experience
- Ability to develop and share best practices across the teams by streamlining the processes of order fulfillment, Vendor Onboarding, Coverage and Automation
- To Identify, prioritize & solve ongoing business requirements for a rapidly growing company &
Accountable for meeting & exceeding operational goals
- Carry out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organization’s policies & procedures
**Other requirements**:
1. Should be a graduate in any field or Have a diploma certificate
2. Excellent communication & interpersonal skills
3. Comfortable in working the night shift
4. Highly motivated with a desire to learn
5. Ability to organize & work independently to achieve desired results
6. Microsoft Office skills
7. English Proficiency (Spoken) & English Proficiency (Written)
**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,115.26 per month
