2. Assess student performance: Design and administer assessments, including quizzes, tests, projects, and assignments, to evaluate students' understanding of economic concepts. Provide constructive feedback to students and their parents/guardians on their progress and areas for improvement.
5. Maintain accurate records of student attendance, grades, and performance, and communicate this information to students and parents or guardians on a regular basis.
6. Identify individual learning needs and develop appropriate strategies or interventions to support students' academic and personal growth.

**Qualifications**:
1. EXCELLENT COMMUNICATION skills is a must.

2.Bachelor's degree in Economics or a related field (Master's degree preferred)
3. Proven experience teaching economics at the high school level. Preferably with Grade 11-12th students would be an add on.
5. Proficiency in using technology and educational software/tools to enhance teaching and learning experiences.
6. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to establish positive relationships with students, colleagues, and parents or guardians.
