**Responsibilities**:

- Monitor and analyse key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of digital marketing campaigns and make data-driven recommendations for improvement.
- Conduct research on industry trends, competitor analysis, and target audience behaviour to inform marketing strategies and identify opportunities.
- Support the management of social media platforms, including content scheduling, community engagement, and performance tracking.
- Assist in optimizing website content for search engine optimization (SEO) to improve organic search rankings and drive traffic.
- Collaborate with graphic designers, content writers, and marketing and sales team members to ensure consistent brand messaging across various digital platforms.
- Brainstorm creative ideas and concepts for marketing campaigns and projects.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest digital marketing trends and technologies to ensure Aesthetix Edu-Tech is using the most effective strategies.

**Qualifications**:

- Pursuing or recently completed a degree in Digital Media, Marketing, Visual Communication or a related field.
- Knowledge of digital marketing concepts, including social media marketing, content marketing, and SEO.
- Should be updated about social media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and Twitter.
- Should be proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel.
- Positive attitude and eagerness to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment.
- Interest in new technologies and opportunities for content creation
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to use data-driven insights to make informed decisions.
- A passion for staying at the forefront of digital marketing technology and trends.
