**Clinical Oversight**:

- Provide direct clinical care to patients within the emergency department.
- Supervise and mentor emergency department physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals.
- Ensure adherence to evidence-based practices and clinical protocols.
- Monitor patient flow and throughput, implementing strategies to minimize wait times and optimize patient care.
- **Leadership and Administration**:

- Develop and implement policies, procedures, and protocols to enhance the quality and efficiency of emergency care services.
- Collaborate with hospital administration, nursing leadership, and other departments to streamline operations and improve patient outcomes.
- Participate in strategic planning and quality improvement initiatives aimed at enhancing emergency department services.
- Foster a culture of continuous learning, professional development, and teamwork among ED staff.
- **Quality Assurance and Compliance**:

- Oversee quality assurance activities, including peer review, case reviews, and performance metrics monitoring.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory standards, accreditation requirements, and legal guidelines related to emergency medicine practice.
- Implement initiatives to enhance patient safety, minimize medical errors, and improve overall quality of care within the ED.
- **Education and Training**:

- Provide education and training to emergency department staff on clinical best practices, patient care protocols, and procedural skills.
- Facilitate continuing medical education (CME) activities and professional development opportunities for ED physicians and staff.
- Serve as a resource for medical students, residents, and fellows rotating through the emergency department.

**Qualifications**:

- Medical Doctor (MD) degree from an accredited medical school.
- Board certification in Emergency Medicine.
- Active medical license and in good standing with relevant state medical board.
- Demonstrated clinical expertise and experience in emergency medicine practice.
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to effectively collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and adapt to dynamic healthcare environments.
- Commitment to quality improvement, patient safety, and evidence-based medicine.

**Salary**: ₹100,000.00 - ₹140,000.00 per month
