**Job description**
**Responsibilities**
1. Perform laboratory tests and procedures with precision and accuracy, following standard operating procedures (SOPs) and safety guidelines.
2. Collect and prepare blood specimens for analysis and maintain proper sample documentation.
3. Operate, calibrate, and maintain laboratory equipment, ensuring their proper functioning and adhering to quality control standards.
4. Conduct diagnostic analyses of samples and report results to Higher authority in a timely manner.
5. Collaborate with other teammates, to ensure accurate and effective patient care.
6. Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the Equipment, including proper disposal of hazardous materials.
7. Record and maintain laboratory data, results, and documentation accurately and securely.
8. Participate in proficiency testing and continuing education programs to enhance knowledge and skills.
**Qualifications**
1. A degree in Medical Laboratory Technology (PG-DMLT), Bachelor of Science in Paramedical Technology (BSC-PMT), or Bachelor of Science in Medical Laboratory Technology (BSC-MLT).
2. Minimum of 1 year of relevant work experience in a clinical laboratory setting.
3. Proven knowledge and understanding of laboratory techniques, procedures, and equipment operation.
4. Familiarity with laboratory information systems (LIS) and other relevant software.
5. Strong attention to detail and the ability to maintain accuracy in a fast-paced environment.
6. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with a diverse team of healthcare professionals.
7. Ownership of a personal vehicle with a valid driving license to facilitate travel as required.
Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹10,000.00 per month
