**Requirements**:

- Prior experience as a captain or steward on a vessel
- Excellent communication skills, including good English
- Pleasant and professional personality
- Ability to work well with others and communicate effectively with guests and crew members
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to perform routine maintenance tasks
- Ability to follow safety procedures and guidelines
- Good record-keeping skills
- Flexibility to work on weekends and holidays as needed
- Valid certification or license as required by local regulations and guidelines
