**Note**
- This is a full-time internship lasting 3-6 months, with the possibility of transitioning to a permanent on-roll position.

**Qualifications**
- Pursuing or completed any Bachelor's degree. BBA, MBA, Btech, Be, BCA, MCA, BA, MA
- Knowledge of recruitment processes and best practices.

**Desired Skills and Abilities**
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Proficiency in Google Sheets, Google Docs, Google Slides etc
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively
- Excellent comprehension and interpersonal skills
- Strong teamwork and collaboration skills
- Quick Learner. Willingness and ability to learn.
- Ethical and professional conduct in handling confidential information.
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) is a plus.
- Familiarity with job portals like Naukri, Linkedin and Indeed is a plus.
- Adherence to ethical standards and professional conduct in all aspects of work.

**Responsibilities**
- Understand job requirements thoroughly and accurately to draft comprehensive job descriptions, ensuring alignment with all essential qualifications and criteria.
- Utilize advanced search techniques, including boolean searches, to efficiently search and source resumes from portals such as Naukri and LinkedIn.
- Schedule and confirm interviews with shortlisted applicants.
- Assist with monitoring and reporting on successful placements.
