**Responsibilities**:
- Identify and prospect new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, and other lead generation activities.
- Develop and maintain relationships with prospective and existing clients to understand their needs and objectives.
- Consult with clients to assess their digital marketing needs and recommend tailored solutions to achieve their goals.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create compelling sales collateral, proposals, and presentations.
- Manage the sales pipeline and CRM system to track leads, opportunities, and client interactions.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging technologies to inform sales and marketing strategies.
- Meet or exceed sales targets and KPIs set by the management team.
- Represent the agency at industry events, conferences, and networking functions to build brand awareness and generate leads.
**Requirements**:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration or related field.
- Years of experience in sales and marketing, preferably in the digital marketing industry.
- Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and driving revenue growth.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strategic thinker with the ability to understand client needs and develop customized solutions.
- Proficiency in CRM software, Microsoft Office Suite, and other sales and marketing tools.
- Self-motivated and results-oriented with a passion for digital innovation.
