**Key Responsibilities**:
Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy
Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances or other issues
Manage the recruitment and selection process
Support current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation and preservation of human capital
Develop and monitor overall HR strategies, systems, tactics and procedures across the organization.
Nurture a positive working environment
Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance
Maintain pay plan and benefits program
Report to management and provide decision support through HR metrics
Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management
Conducting employee onboarding and help plan training & development
Reporting on employee turnover rates (monthly, quarterly and annually)
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Should be an MBA/PGDM-HR with min. 2 - 4 years of experience as an HR.
- Should be ready to travel within the city or HO as per requirement.
- Strong willingness to learn & develop within HR function.
- Ability to act in a confidential and sensitive manner
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
**Salary**: ₹12,037.54 - ₹25,000.54 per month
