**Key Responsibilities**:
- Conduct outbound calls to potential customers from provided leads or database.
- Present and explain our range of agrochemical products and services to prospects over the phone.
- Identify and understand customer needs, address any questions or concerns, and provide appropriate solutions.
- Follow up on leads and inquiries to convert them into sales opportunities.
- Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets
**Qualifications and Skills**:
- **Proven experience of 1 year in telesales, preferably in the agricultural or related industry.**:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong persuasive and negotiation abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
Pay: ₹12,770.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
