1. Overseeing Production Process from cutting to delivery.

2. Allocate Manpower, Machinery, Materials and Equiptment effectively to meet the target.

3. Coordinate with other department like Cutting, CAD, Sewing, Washing, Finishing, Packing, Maintenance, Merchandising and store for smooth operation

4. Implement Quality control measures to meet customer specification

5. Moniter and Implement cost saving measures without quality compromise

6. Oversee inventory level and optimise storage space

7. Train, Mentor and supervise production staff to enhance their skills

8. Production Performance by identifying area of improvement

9. Promote safe working environment

10. Maintain open communication channel to address any issue

11. To handle production related issues & provide solutions for the same

12. To maintain documents like Production Report, Quality data, Inventory records etc

13. Provide timely update to Management on Production status, issues and improvement.

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month

- Garment industry: 3 years (required)
- Production management: 3 years (required)
- Garment Factory Supervisor: 4 years (required)
- Apparel: 3 years (required)
