Trainee Quantity Surveyor

**Key responsibilities**
- Responsible for preparing WBS, Detailed estimation, BOQ and execution Budgets.
- Preparing Specifications and Rate Analysis for each work items and updating it every month.
- Preparing and reviewing Bar Bending Schedule, Budget Forecasting, Tracking and monitoring project wise expenditures.
- Preparing the Planning documents and reports and monitoring and controlling the project timelines.
- Reviewing work orders and RA Bills, Reconciliation of Contractors Bills

**Minimum Requirements**

**1) Education**:

- Bachelor Degree in Civil / _Mandatory_
- MBA/PGDM - Preference

**2) Experience**:
**Salary**: From ₹10,000.00 per month
