Developing and maintaining a solid working knowledge of the healthcare insurance industry and of all products, services and processes performed by the team Resolving complex situations following pre-established guidelines.

**Requirements for this role include**: Both Graduates and Post Graduates can apply. 1 -3 Years of experience in Radiology coding process in a Healthcare BPO environment, should have completed Life science (Human Anatomy/Physiology) course. Good communication (verbal and written). Able to work independently; strong analytic skills.

**Required schedule availability for this position is Monday-Friday 7:30am to 5:30pm IST. The shift timings can be changed as per client requirements. Additionally, resources may have to do overtime and work on weekend's basis business requirement.
