**Job Title: Junior Electronic Data Process Executive**

**Job Summary**: As a Junior Electronic Data Process Executive, you will be responsible for handling electronic data processing tasks within the organisation. This role requires a meticulous attention to detail, strong analytical skills, and the ability to work effectively with electronic systems and databases. You will be working under the supervision of senior team members to ensure accurate and timely processing of electronic data.

**Responsibilities**:
1. **Data Entry**: Inputting, verifying, and maintaining electronic data accurately and efficiently.

2. **Data Validation**: Ensuring the integrity and accuracy of electronic data through validation processes.

3. **Data Processing**: Processing electronic data according to established procedures and guidelines.

4. **Database Management**: Assisting in maintaining and updating databases with relevant information.

5. **Quality Assurance**: Conducting quality checks on processed data to identify and rectify any errors.

6. **Reporting**: Generating reports and summaries based on processed electronic data as required.

7. **Troubleshooting**: Identifying and resolving issues related to electronic data processing.

8. **Collaboration**: Working closely with team members to achieve departmental goals and objectives.

9. **Compliance**: Adhering to data security and confidentiality policies to ensure the protection of sensitive information.

10. **Documentation**: Maintaining accurate documentation of electronic data processing procedures and workflows.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Strong proficiency in electronic data processing tools and software.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
- Analytical mindset with problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Good communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Familiarity with database management systems is preferred.
- Prior experience in electronic data processing or a similar role is advantageous.
