**About SmartU**:
SmartU is a social impact Agri-Tech startup with a _“Mission to empower farmers to become farmprenuers”_ enhancing yield, quality, and profitability through expense tracking, access to information, and crop advisory right on WhatsApp.
- Addressing farmers' inquiries and providing effective solutions by message, call whenever required, and documentation.
- Compiling and organizing a comprehensive literature database by retrieving relevant information.
- Collecting valuable feedback from farmers to enhance the services and offerings.
- Actively participating in office activities and meetings to contribute to its ongoing development and success.

**Educational Requirements**:

- M. Sc Agriculture (Horticulture, Agronomy, Extension, Pathology or Entomology)

**Other requirements**:

- Minimum 2 years of experience in field agronomy operations is a plus.
- Good knowledge of crop cultivation, fertilizers and pesticides use.
- Fluency in Marathi Language

**Salary**: From ₹5,000.00 per month
