We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Brand Promoter with a strong background in sales and a preference for furniture sales experience. As a Brand Promoter, you will play a pivotal role in representing our brand, driving sales, and fostering positive customer relationships. Your passion for furniture and your exceptional sales skills will contribute to our continued growth and success.

**Responsibilities**:

- Represent our brand with enthusiasm and professionalism, embodying our values and mission.
- Engage with customers in a friendly and knowledgeable manner to understand their furniture needs and preferences.
- Showcase the features and benefits of our furniture products to potential customers, highlighting their quality, design, and functionality.
- Provide personalized product recommendations and solutions to customers based on their requirements.
- Actively engage in sales conversations, address customer inquiries, and overcome objections to close sales effectively.
- Collaborate with the sales team to achieve individual and team sales targets.
- Maintain a clean and organized showroom or retail space to create an inviting and customer-friendly environment.
- Stay updated on furniture trends, product knowledge, and industry developments to provide accurate information to customers.
- Keep detailed records of customer interactions, inquiries, and sales transactions in the CRM system.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in any field (or equivalent work experience).
- Proven track record of successful sales experience, with a minimum of [X years] in a similar role.
- Prior experience in furniture sales is highly preferred.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
