**Graphic Designer + Video Editor at Digital Marketing Agency Startup in Delhi Najafgarh**

We are a digital marketing agency startup in Delhi Najafgarh and we are currently looking for a talented Graphic Designer + Video Editor to join our team. As a Graphic Designer + Video Editor, you will be responsible for creating captivating visual content for our website, app, and social media marketing campaigns. Your main duties will include designing eye-catching graphics, illustrations, and layouts that align with our brand identity and messaging, as well as collaborating with our marketing team to develop creative concepts and strategies for our digital campaigns.

**Responsibilities**:

- Create compelling visual content for website, app, and social media marketing campaigns.
- Design eye-catching graphics, illustrations, and layouts that align with brand identity and messaging.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop creative concepts and strategies for digital campaigns.
- Ensure all designs are consistent, visually appealing, and optimized for different platforms and devices.
- Assist in shooting videos for various projects, including product demonstrations, interviews, and promotional content.
- Edit raw footage to produce high-quality videos that meet project requirements and objectives.
- Add visual effects, transitions, and motion graphics to enhance the overall impact of videos.
- Incorporate music, voiceovers, and sound effects to create engaging narratives.
- Collaborate with the content team to brainstorm ideas and concepts for video content.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring deadlines are met and deliverables are of the highest quality.
- Communicate effectively with team members to coordinate workflow and project requirements.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in graphic design and video editing techniques.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience as a Graphic Designer and Video Editor, with a strong portfolio showcasing creative projects across digital platforms.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects) or similar graphic design and video editing software.
- Excellent understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and layout composition.
- Strong knowledge of video production techniques, including filming, lighting, and audio recording.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment, with excellent communication and time management skills.
- Bachelors degree in Graphic Design, Multimedia Arts, Film Production, or a related field is preferred.
- Prior experience in a marketing or advertising agency is a plus.

**Salary**: ₹12,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
