- _Knowledge of accounting concepts and Journal entries._
- _Prior experience in B2B Collections, Billing and Cash Applications_

- Responsibilities_
- _Collaborate closely between all functions of AR and keep track of all aged receivables including current ageing buckets. (Cash Application)_
- _Build collections strategy for the team based on ageing and allocate accounts to the team for follow up. (Collections)_
- _Understanding manual/automated billing and performing AR reconciliation (Billing)._
- _Work closely with RTR to understand business transactions and ensure they are processed and accounted for appropriately and accurately_
- _Ensure process governance including reporting and analysis to key stakeholders - communicate regularly to discuss operational issues, key metrics, CTQ’s (internally &/or externally)_
- _Understand the SOX Regulations and ensure adherence_

- Qualifications we seek in you_
- Minimum Qualifications_
- _B.Com or M.COM degree in accounting/finance related work experience (non-managers)_
- _MBA/M.COM degree in accounting/finance with >relevant years of experience in managing a team of >=15 people (Managers)_

- Preferred Qualifications/ Skills_
- _Knowledge of accounting concepts and Journal entries._
- _Prior experience in B2B Collections, Billing and Cash Applications_
- _Experience in SAP ECC R3P or S4 Hanna._
