Field Sales Executive

**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Sales and Business Development**:
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the solar EPC market.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve sales targets.
- Conduct market research to identify potential clients and industry trends.
- Generate leads through various channels, including cold calling, networking, and referrals.
- **Client Relationship Management**:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.
- Understand client needs and provide tailored solar solutions to meet their requirements.
- Conduct regular follow-ups with clients to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
- **Field Sales Activities**:
- Visit potential and existing clients to present our solar products and services.
- Conduct site assessments and provide accurate quotations to clients.
- Deliver sales presentations and demonstrations to showcase the benefits of our solar solutions.
- **Sales Process Management**:
- Manage the entire sales process from lead generation to closing deals.
- Prepare and present sales proposals and contracts to clients.
- Negotiate terms and conditions to secure contracts and agreements.
- **Reporting and Documentation**:
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and sales pipeline.
- Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for management review.
- Provide feedback on market trends, client needs, and competitive activities.
**Qualifications**:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in field sales, preferably in the solar or renewable energy sector.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
- Strong understanding of the solar EPC industry, including market trends, technologies, and regulatory environment.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
- Proficiency in CRM software and other sales tools.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Willingness to travel extensively to meet with clients and attend industry events.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
