1-Complete Planning of CNC and VMC Shop - based on Orders received, Indications received from Central Planning

2-Carry Out, Monthly, Weekly and Daily planning - Shiftwise and machinewise Modify the daily and weekly plan, as and when demanded by the Central Planning.

3- Carry out Fixture planning based on the monthly plan, and ensure availability and readiness, with the aim of availability 24 hrs before the schedule.

4-Consumption Pattern of Each Tool. Carry out Tools and Inserts Planning based on Monthly plan Raise insert Procurement requisition, where necessary, follow up with Purchase to get it.

5-Routine knowledge about the status of each component on each machine and expected date of completion of the lot. WRT Batch No.

6- Routine knowledge about "which job is going-on, on which machine".

Productivity Improvement

1- Fixture - Standardisation of Fixtures and Automation of Fixtures.

2-Inserts - Verify possibility of using advanced technology

3-Cycle Time Reduction - verify the possibiliy by modifications in the program, inserts, fixtures

4-Quality Improvement, based on the rejection on shop and at Inspection stage and at later stages of asembly and field operation.

You will prepare and maintain following reports as primary responsibility, in the prescribed formats,

Daily Production report

Process Routing Sheet

Time study sheet

Machine Details

Jigs and Fixtures Master list

Jigs and Fixtures calibration report

Tool History Chart

Machine Utilisation
