1. Should have 6 to 8 years of development experience in AX 2012 & D365 Finance and operations using
Morph X, X++ showing a progression from development level to technical architecture level and experience in handling
complete software system architecture. Exposure in development in distinct functional areas like Finance, SCM, Manufacturing would be of an added advantage.

2. Functional design reviews, Develop and deliver progress reports, proposals,
requirements documentation and presentations Provide feedbacks to management to changes in project scope, potential
crisis and need to build contingency plans.

3. Participate in RFP responses and presales activities Participate in customer
orals, business requirement gathering, gap fit analysis and provide solutions designs and estimates.

4. Understand the needs
of the business and determine the best technical solutions and leverage/interact with current capabilities and align with
strategic objectives. Qualify and define technical strategy by evaluating and assessing various technical aspects.

5. Implement best practices while implementations, upgrade, support projects. Should be able to estimate, design (TDDs),
customize and develop customer specific requirements.

6. Should have good knowledge on concepts - Extensions, COC,
Event handlers, Securities, Data entities, Workflows, reporting services (SSRS, SSAS), Data models/dictionary like Forms,
Tables, views, Queries etc. And good knowledge on Application installation/configuration. 6 Integrations using AIF,

7 Should have expertise in visual studio
Team services/DevOps.

8 Should have Experience in LCS, environment refreshes and releases. Utilize Lifecycle Services
to manage functional and technical aspects of a D365 F&O implementation. Plan for and manage periodic Microsoft

9 Work closely with client, architects, Team and developing solutions based on business requirements
using various tools in the Microsoft Dynamics platform.
