As a hostel warden in a well-known school in Bihar, your duties would typically include:

- **Supervision and Security**:

- Ensure the safety and security of the students residing in the hostel.
- Monitor entry and exit of visitors, ensuring only authorized individuals enter the premises.
- Conduct regular checks of the hostel premises to prevent any unauthorized activities or breaches of security.
- **Student Support and Welfare**:

- Provide guidance and support to students, acting as a mentor and advisor.
- Address any concerns or issues raised by students regarding their living conditions or personal matters.
- Organize and oversee recreational activities and events to promote a sense of community and well-being among students.
- **Enforcement of Rules and Regulations**:

- Enforce hostel rules and regulations fairly and consistently.
- Handle disciplinary issues and conduct necessary interventions in accordance with school policies.
- Maintain records of disciplinary actions and communicate with parents/guardians as needed.
- **Administration and Management**:

- Manage hostel facilities, including rooms, dining areas, and common spaces.
- Coordinate with maintenance staff to ensure cleanliness and maintenance of the hostel infrastructure.
