Location:

- Thane/Bhayendar
- Main Objective: Primarily responsible for managing Branch Operations activity and point of contact for all information for that particular Branch. He/She will also support Operations/Branch manager in collation, maintaining and publish relevant MIS.
- Job Description Accuracy, precision and timeliness of the data/information contained in reports provided to the Branch Head ensures quick decisions and onward reporting to Management.
- The inclusive list of work responsibilities is as provided below: i. Support in Customer documentation, Customer Service at Branch, Managing disbursements in system, follow-ups for collections and other supports to HO team.
- ii. Collect and/or Collate data/information and prepare periodical/daily/need based reports for meeting the various information needs for respective stakeholders.
- iii. Preparation of tracking and monitoring of expenses of Branches and if necessary, Branch Staff expense monitoring
- iv. Generate MIS reports using different tools
- v. Develop and evolve appropriate reporting formats for meeting the various reporting requirements of the company
- vi. Appropriate record maintenance of the various reports generated and submitted to the management and various departments within the company and various outside authorities, agencies and institutions.

**Salary**: ₹25,000.00 - ₹29,000.00 per month
